About Booking
Wellness will be booked about an inquiry, but latest 10
days before.
Sörknatten
will be booked latest 7 days before.
Vingnäs will be booked latest 7 days before.
In borderland should be booked 14 days before
Forest of Ronja can be booked 1/5-5/10 (saturday-sunday)
12/7-29/7 daily.
12/7-29/7 the package must be booked latest 3 days
before.
Remaining time 7 days before.
Camps and other arrangements will be booked about an
inquiry.Payment
When your booking is confirmed by Sörknattens Vildmarksguide,
you´ll do a payment of 15% of the total price, lowest 25€/participant.
All payment should be done latest 14 days before.
Cancellation
In an agreement between
the Swedish "Konsumentverket" and "Nätverket Svensk Turism" about
terms for package ("Allmänna villkor för paketresor"). Following
agreements has been done.
Cancellation earlier than 30 days before the arrangement,
5% of the total price will be paid.
Cancellation later than 30 days but 14 days before the arrangement,
15% of the total price will be paid.
Cancellation later than 14 days but before 24 hours the arrangement
start,
50% of the total price will be paid.
Cancellation during the last 24 hours before the arrangement start,
100% of the total price will be paid.
